2026 – current

Student organizations are built around relationships, yet the systems used to maintain them are often fragmented. Member information lives across spreadsheets, professional profiles, messaging platforms, and archaic legacy software, making it difficult for organizations to maintain meaningful connections as their communities grow beyond campus.
Eternitie brings those relationships into one place. What began around alumni and professional networking expanded through ongoing conversations with Greek life organizations into a broader platform for the everyday operation of a chapter. Member directories, location-based discovery, mentorship, events, recruitment, fundraising, and communication sit within a shared system for both active members and alumni.
The product developed iteratively through demos, onboarding, and continuous feedback from organizations. New tools were introduced around recurring needs surfaced by chapters, allowing the system to grow alongside the communities using it.
The design balances two very different levels of complexity. Members are given a simple, familiar interface for navigating people, events, and opportunities, while administrators gain deeper tools for managing rosters, recruitment, communication, organizational data, and chapter activity. The design role spanned product architecture, user flows, interface design, visual identity, prototyping, and implementation support.
Eternitie’s identity was developed to remain distinct without competing with the organizations it serves. A restrained serif, deep purple foundation, and crane mark establish a more elevated and enduring visual language, while the interface remains calm and intuitive.
Since launching in early 2026, the platform has expanded across multiple organizations and continues to evolve through active use and chapter feedback.
